| dc.description.abstract | الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية راس المال الفكري والافصاح عنه في المؤسسة الاقتصادية خدمية وعليه تم طرح الإشكالية التالية: فيما تتمثل أهمية راس المال الفكري والإفصاح عنه في المؤسسة محل الدراسة؟ ومنه تمت محاولة معرفة أهمية الإفصاح عن راس المال الفكري في المديرية العملياتية لاتصالات الجزائر الذي يعتبر من اكثر الموجودات قيمة في القرن الواحد و العشرين، لأنها تمثل قوى علمية قادرة على خلق قيمة مضافة لصالح المؤسسة، باستعمال المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم التوصل من خلال الدراسة حالة ان هناك نموذج لقياس الموارد البشرية وبيان اثره على قيم عناصر القوائم المالية و الا هو نموذج التكلفة التاريخية برسملة التكاليف الخاصة بالموارد البشرية بدل اعتبارها من أعباء تحمل في نتيجة الدورة، وقد أدى ذلك الى تغيير في قائمة المركز المالي بإدراج بند "الأصول البشرية" ضمن القوائم المالية و إطفاء نفقات الحصول عليها على مدى مدة الاستفادة منها، الامر الذي يبين ان المورد البشري في المديرية العملياتية لاتصالات الجزائر ايليزي ذو قيمة اكثر من الموارد الأخرى وهذا واضح من خلال التكوين و التأهيل المتواصل و الدائم خلال المسار المهني. This study aims to highlight the importance of intellectual capital and its disclosure in the economic service institution. Accordingly, the following problem was raised : What is the importance of intellectual capital and its disclosure in the institution under study ? From it, an attempt was made to know the importance of disclosing the intellectual capital in Algeria Telecom, which is considered one of the most valuable assets in the twenty-first century, because it represents scientific forces capable of creating added value for the benefit of the institution, using the descriptive approach. A model for measuring human resources and showing its impact on the values of the éléments of the Financial statements, otherwise it is the historical cost model by capitalizing the costs of human resources instead of considering them as burdens in the out come of the cycle, and This led to a changé in the statement of Financial position by including the human assets item in the Financial statements and Amortizing the expenses of obtaining them over the period of benefit from them, which indicates that the human resource in the Algeria Telecom Complex is of more value than other resources, and this is evident through the continuous and permanent training and qualification during the professional path. | |
