Abstract
الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى توفر متطلبات تحول الجامعات الجزائرية نحو جامعة الجيل الرابع،ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري من خلالعرض أهم ما ورد في الأدبيات البحثية حول الأبعاد والممارسات الأساسية للجامعات المتمثلة في:البعد التدريس والتعليم والبحث العلمي، وخدمة المجتمع.كما تم استخدام أداة المقابلة لجمع معلومات حول الممارسات الفعلية للتحول نحو جامعة الجيل الرابع من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمركز الجامعي إيليزي.
بعد تحليل مضمون وتفسير إجابات من تمت مقابلتهم تم التوصل إلى أن المركز الجامعي إليزي يشهد مستوى متوسطا في ممارسة أبعاد جامعة الجيل الرابع مع وجود اهتمام ملموس بتطوير العملية التعليمية، وتعزيز أنشطة البحث العلمي، والانفتاح على المجتمع من خلال مختلف المبادرات والشراكات. إلّا أن هذه الجهود ما تزال بحاجة إلى مزيد من الدعم والتطوير، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتوفير الإمكانات المادية والتكنولوجية، وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار، وتوسيع الشراكات مع المحيط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بالمؤسسة إلى مستوى متطلبات جامعة الجيل الرابع وتمكينها من أداء أدوارها الحديثة في التنمية المستدامة وإنتاج المعرفة والابتكار.
Abstract:
This study aims to determine the level of availability of the requirements for transforming Algerian universities towards fourth-generation universities. To achieve this goal, the descriptive method was used in the theoretical aspect by presenting the most important points mentioned in the research literature regarding the dimensions and core practices of universities, namely: the teaching and learning dimension, scientific research, and community service. An interview tool was also used to collect information about the actual practices of transformation towards a fourth-generation university from the faculty members at the Illizi University Center.
After analyzing the content and interpreting the responses of those interviewed, it was concluded that the University Center of Illizi exhibits an average level in practicing the dimensions of a fourth-generation university, with noticeable interest in developing the educational process, enhancing scientific research activities, and opening up to the community through various initiatives and partnerships. However, these efforts still require further support and development, particularly regarding the provision of material and technological resources, strengthening the culture of innovation, and expanding partnerships with the economic and social environment, contributing to elevating the institution to the level required for a fourth-generation university and enabling it to perform its modern roles in sustainable development, knowledge production, and innovation.
