Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة المناعة التنظيمية كأحد الآليات الحديثة التي تُمكِّن المؤسسات من مواجهة التحديات وضمان استمرارية الأداء، خاصة في بيئات العمل الحساسة كالمؤسسات الاستشفائية. وقد تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية– إيليزي"، بهدف معرفة أثر المناعة التنظيمية بأبعادها (التعلم التنظيمي، التواصل التنظيمي، الذاكرة التنظيمية) على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع بيانات حول عينة مكونة من 43 موظفًا. وبعد تحليل وتفسير النتائج واختبار الفرضيات، تم التوصل إلى أنه توجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد المناعة التنظيمية ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي، مما يؤكد أهمية تبني المؤسسة لثقافة تنظيمية داعمة تضمن التكيف، الاستجابة السريعة، والتحسين المستمر في بيئة العمل.
This study aims to understand organizational immunity as one of the modern mechanisms that enable institutions to confront challenges and ensure performance continuity, especially in sensitive work environments such as healthcare institutions. A field study was conducted at the public hospital of Illizi, aiming to assess the impact of organizational immunity dimensions (Organizational Learning, Organizational Communication, Organizational Memory) on improving the job performance of employees.
The study relied on a descriptive method in the theoretical aspect. In the practical aspect, a questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 43 employees. After analyzing and interpreting the results and testing the hypotheses, it was found that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the dimensions of organizational immunity and the level of job performance, which underscores the importance of adopting an organizational culture that supports adaptation, rapid response, and continuous improvement in the work environment
