Abstract
ملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية والمتمثلة في البعد الإقتصادي والبعد الإجتماعي، البعد الإداري، والإستغراق الوظيفي لدى أساتذة المركز الجامعي إيليزي، حيث تتمحور إشكالية هذه الدراسة في معرفة العلاقة بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية بالإستغراق الوظيفي في المركز الجامعي إيليزي، وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية تم تصميم إستبانة لجمع البيانات بالإعتماد على الدراسات السابقة، وزعت على عينة من أساتذة المركز الجامعي بإيليزي مكونة من 40 أستاذ، وللوصول لهدف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، ومعادلة الإنحدار المتعدد، وبإستخدام برنامج (26SPSSV)، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للبعد الإقتصادي والبعد الإجتماعي، البعد الإداري كأبعاد لجودة الحياة الوظيفية، والإستغراق الوظيفي لدى أساتذة المركز الجامعي إيليزي.
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between the dimensions of the quality of work life, which are represented by the economic dimension, the social dimension, the administrative dimension, and job involvement among the professors of the Elysee University Center. The problem of this study revolves around knowing the relationship between the quality of work life and job involvement at the Elysee University Center, and to answer the questions With this problem, a questionnaire was designed to collect data based on previous studies, and it was distributed to a sample of 40 professors at the University Center in Illizi, consisting of 40 professors. To reach the goal of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach, the case study approach, and the multiple regression equation were used, and using the (26SPSSV) program, the study reached the following conclusions: There is a statistically significant positive effect for the economic dimension, the social dimension, the administrative dimension as dimensions of the quality of work life, and job involvement among the professors of the Elysee University Center.
