| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلىمعرفة دور قيادة المحيط الأزرق في دعم التحول نحو الجامعة الريادية. حيث تعتبر هذه المفاهيم من بين التوجهات الحديثة في قطاع التعليم العالي، كونهاتساهم في تكيفها مع التغيرات العالمية وتعزيز قدرتها على الابتكار والتميز.لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد علىالمنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري من أجل عرض وتحليل أهم ما ورد في الدراسات السابقة حول متغير قيادة المحيط الأزرق ومتغير الجامعة الريادية. أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم استخدام أداة المقابلة،لجمع معلوماتمن طرف مسؤولي الإدارة العليا بالمركز الجامعي إيليزي. بعد تحليل مضمون إجابات من تمت مقابلتهم، أظهرت النتائج المركز الجامعي إيليزي يسعى إلى تبني مجموعة من الممارسات المرتبطة بقيادة المحيط الأزرق، من خلال تشجيع الإبداعوتحسين الاتصال ودعم العمل الجماعيوالانفتاح على المحيط الخارجي.وهذا ما ساهم بدرجات متفاوتة في تعزيز متطلبات الجامعة الرياديةخاصة فيما يتعلق بعزيز ثقافة الابتكار داخل الجامعة وتطوير الكفاءات القيادية، وتوسيع الشراكات مع مختلف الفاعلين الاقتصاديين والاجتماعيينبما يدعم التحول نحو جامعة ريادية قادرة على تحقيق التميز والتنافسية. Abstract: This study aims to understand the role of Blue Ocean Leadership in supporting the transformation towards an entrepreneurial university. These concepts are considered among the modern trends in the higher education sector, as they contribute to its adaptation to global changes and enhance its capacity for innovation and excellence. To achieve the study's objective, the descriptive method was relied upon in the theoretical aspect in order to present and analyze the most important points mentioned in previous studies regarding the Blue Ocean Leadership and the entrepreneurial university. As for the practical aspect, the interview tool was used to collect information from senior management officials at University Center of Illizi. After analyzing the content of the responses from the interviewees, the results showed that the University Center of Illizi seeks to adopt a set of practices associated with Blue Ocean leadership, by encouraging creativity, improving communication, supporting teamwork, and being open to the external environment. This has contributed to varying degrees in enhancing the university's entrepreneurial requirements, especially regarding instilling a culture of innovation within the university, developing leadership competencies, and expanding partnerships with various economic and social actors to support the transition towards an entrepreneurial university capable of achieving excellence and competitiveness. | |
