| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق الولاء للعلامة التجارية وذلك من خلال تبيان مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وإبراز أهميتها وأهدافها وأيضا مفهوم الولاء للعلامة التجارية، واعتمدت دراستنا على إستبيان تضمن أسئلة متعلقة بأربعة أبعاد ( اقتصادي، بيئي، أخلاقي، خيري) حيث تم توزيع 120 إستمارة على عينة على مستهلكي العلامة التجارية- الصومام، أما في تحليل بيان الاستبياناستخدمنا برنامج الحزمة الإحصائيةSPSS الإصدار 26. و تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للمسؤولية الإجتماعيةفي تحقيق الولاء للعلامة التجارية. abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of social responsibility in achieving brand loyalty by identifying the concept of Social Responsibility and highlighting its importance and objectives, as well as the concept of brand loyalty and mentioning its types and dimensions and highlighting its levels. this is in terms of the theoretical side. in the Applied side, our study relied on a questionnaire that included questions related to four dimensions (economic, environmental, ethical, charitable), where 100 forms were distributed to a sample of consumers of the brand - al-soumam. we relied on the analysis of the questionnaire data on the statistical package program SPSS version 26. This study found a positive impact of social responsibility on brand loyalty. | |
