| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9001 على الأداء التنافسي في الشركة الوطنية للتأمين (SAA) - فرع إليزي خلال الفترة 2020-2024. انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية رئيسية تفترض أن تبني معايير ISO 9001 يؤدي إلى تحسين الأداء التنافسي للمؤسسة، وتم اختبار هذه الفرضية من خلال منهجية تجمع بين التحليل الوصفي والتطبيقي، باستخدام مؤشر الميزة النسبية الظاهرة (RCAI) لقياس تنافسية الفروع المختلفة. خلصت الدراسة إلى تحسن نسبي في تنافسية فرع عين أميناس بعد تطبيق ISO 9001، في حين بقي الأداء في الفروع الأخرى (إليزي، حاسي مسعود، عين صالح) متذبذبًا. وكذلك أثر إيجابي على الأداء التنافسي في تأمين السيارات، بينما بقيت القطاعات الأخرى (الحريق، الأخطار الأخرى، المسؤولية المدنية) عند مستويات غير مستقرة. اما مؤشر التنافسية العام للشركة بلغ 1.169، مما يشير إلى تأثير إيجابي عام على القدرة التنافسية في السوق، ولقد تم نفي الفرضيات الجزئية التي افترضت تحسنًا في تنافسية جميع الفروع وجميع أنواع التأمين، حيث ظهر تفاوت في الأداء. This study examines the impact of implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System on the competitive performance of the National Insurance Company (SAA) – Illizi Branch during the period 2020-2024. The study is based on the main hypothesis that adopting ISO 9001 standards leads to an improvement in the competitive performance of the organization. This hypothesis was tested using a methodology that combines descriptive and applied analysis, employing the Revealed Comparative Advantage Index (RCAI) to measure the competitiveness of various branches. The study concluded that the competitiveness of the Ain Amenas branch showed relative improvement after the implementation of ISO 9001, whereas the performance of the other branches (Illizi, Hassi Messaoud, and Ain Salah) remained fluctuating. Additionally, the implementation had a positive impact on the competitive performance of automotive insurance, while other sectors (fire insurance, other risks, civil liability) remained at unstable levels. The company’s overall competitiveness index was measured at 1.169, indicating a general positive effect on market competitiveness. However, the partial hypotheses suggesting uniform improvement across all branches and all types of insurance were refuted, as performance variation was observed. | |
