One of the most significant methods is acquiring nationality through mixed marriage. Initially, laws varied in determining which individuals were eligible for this type of nationality acquisition, often based on gender. Furthermore, the marriage of a woman to a foreign man resulted in unfair effects on her nationality, sometimes leading to its loss. The international legal system has endeavored to combat this. This study examines the rules governing the acquisition of nationality through marriage in Algerian legislation and the implications of a foreigner acquiring Algerian nationality via this mechanism. It also highlights the legal history of women's nationality in such marriages within comparative legal systems and international law. The study concludes that Algerian legislation, alongside most contemporary nationality laws, has settled on gender equality in regulating the acquisition of nationality through marriage and even in passing it on to offspring.

    ضوابط تنفيذ الأحكام الأجنبية في الجزائر

    ملخص: أن تنفيذ الاحكام لا يقتصر على تلك الصادرة عن الجهات القضائية الوطنية بل يمتد الى تنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة عن جهات قضائية أجنبية , وقد عمل المشرع الجزائري على غرار باقي التشريعات الأخرى عند تنظيمه لمسألة تنفيذ الاحكام القضائية الأجنبية الى التوفيق بين اعتبارين الأولى الحاجة الى المعاملات الدولية والمحافظة على مصالح الأفراد والأخرى المحافظة على سيادة الدولة الجزائرية. إن الاحكام القضائية الأجنبية تقبل التنفيذ أمام القضاء الجزائري وفق شروط معينة وتخضع هذه الأحكام الى الرقابة , الغاية منها التحقق من خلو هذه الأحكام من العيوب الجوهرية التي تعيق تنفيذها في الجزائر وفق ما نص عليه قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية ويتم ذلك عن طريق دعوى الأمر بالتنفيذ حيث أن مضمون هذا الحكم لا يمكن أن يأخذ الا أحدى الصورتين الأولى وهي منح الأمر بتنفيذه والثانية تتمثل في رفض منح الأمر بتنفيذ هذا الحكم The implementation of judgmentsis not limited to thoseissued by national judicialauthorities but extends to the implementation of judgmentsissued by foreignjudicialauthorities. The Algerian legislatorworkedlikeotherlegislation, whenregulating the issue of the implementation of foreignjudicialjudgments to reconcile the twoconsiderations of the need for international transactions and the preservation of the interests of Individuals on the one hand and on the other hand preserve the sovereignty of the Algerian state.
