    دور الذكاء الإصطناعي في إتخاذ القرارات الإستثمارية في المؤسســـات

    تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول موضوع "دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في المؤسسات"، حيث تهدف إلى إبراز مدى فعالية تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة وكفاءة القرارات الاستثمارية في المؤسسات، وتسريع الابتكار داخل المؤسسات، خصوصًا في البيئة الجامعية. شملت عينة الدراسة طلبة المركز الجامعي إيليزي المنخرطين في دار الذكاء الاصطناعي ورئيسة دار الذكاء الاصطناعي. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداة المقابلة كوسيلة رئيسية لجمع البيانات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة رضاً كبيرًا لدى المبحوثين عن الدعم الأكاديمي والتقني المتوفر، وعن إسهام الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز الابتكار وسرعة اتخاذ القرار، في حين كشفت أيضًا عن تحديات متعلقة بضعف البنية التحتية، نقص تكافؤ الفرص، والحاجة لتقوية المهارات التقنية. وعليه، توصي الدراسة بضرورة تحسين التجهيزات التقنية والبنية التحتية، دعم برامج التدريب المستمر، وتطوير المناهج التعليمية لتواكب متطلبات التحول الرقمي وتعزز ثقافة الابتكار This study focuses on the topic of "The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Investment Decision-Making within Institutions." It aims to highlight the effectiveness of AI technologies in improving the quality and efficiency of investment decisions, as well as accelerating innovation within institutions, particularly in academic environments. .The study sample included students from Elizi University Center involved in the AI House, along with its director. The research relied on a descriptive and analytical approach using interviewsas the primary data collection method.The findings revealed **high satisfaction** among respondents regarding the academic and technical support available and the role of AI in enhancing innovation and decision-making speed. However, it also identified challenges such as weak infrastructure, lack of equal opportunities, and the need to strengthen technical skills.Based on these findings, the study recommendsImproving technical equipment and infrastructureSupporting continuous training programsDeveloping educational curricula to align with digital transformation requirements and foster an innovation-driven culture .This research sheds light on the **transformative potential of AI** while addressing key areas that require further development for **optimal integration into investment decision-making.
