Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنظيم العمليات المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، بناءا على هذا حاولنا تحديد المفاهيم المتعلقة بكل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ثم العمليات المالية، ولتجسيد هذا في الواقع قمنا باختيار ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري -إليزي- للدراسة، وتقييم تكنولوجيا المعلومات المعتمدة على مستواها، ومدى مساهمتها في تنظيم العمليات المالية.
وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في الجزء النظر، ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجزء التطبيقي، وذلك اعتمادا على أداة الاستبيان، بالإضافة إلى الاطلاع على الوثائق المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:
-ضرورة التقييم المستمر والدوري لنظام تكنولوجيا المعلومات للتمكن من معرفة نقاط القوة وتعزيزها، ومعرفة نقاط الضعف والعمل على تصحيحها، مما يزيد من فعاليتها وكفاءتها.
This studyaims to identify the importance of information technology in organizingfinancialoperationswithin an economic institution. Based on this objective, wesought to define the key concepts related to both information technology and financialoperations. To applythis in practice, weselected the Office for Promotion and Real Estate Management of Illizi (OPGI Illizi)asa case study, in order to evaluate the level of information technologyusedwithin the institution and its contribution to organizingfinancialoperations.
The descriptive and analyticalmethodwasadopted for the theoretical part, and the case studymethodwasused for the practical part, relying on a questionnaire tool in addition to reviewing documents provided by the institution.

The necessity of continuous and periodicevaluation of the information technology system to identifystrengths and reinforcethem, as well as to detectweaknesses and work on correctingthem, therebyenhancingitseffectiveness and efficiency.
