Abstract
ملخص:
يهدف البحث للتعرف على موضوع إدارة النزاعات وفاعليتها في الاستقرار الوظيفي، ويعالج إثراء البحث العلمي حول الموضوع، حيث تركز على أهم أبعاد إدارة النزاعات وأثارها في الاستقرار الوظيفي في المديرية المدروسة وقمنا بإسقاط الدراسة على عينة من موضفي وعمال قطاع مدريه الضرائب لولاية ايليزي، وكانت العينة عشوائية كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS للمعالجة وتحليل البيانات واختبارات الفرضيات ومناقشتها، كما اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، حيث توصلنا إلى النتائج أهمها:
- إدارة النزاعات تؤثر وتتأثر بالاستقرار الوظيفي.
- إدارة النزاعات لها دور فعال في الاستقرار الوظيفي وحتى الأداء العام للمؤسسة من خلال ضبط وتنفيذ القوانين والمساواة بين جميع أطرافها.
- وجود اثر موجب لإدارة النزاعات في الاستقرار الوظيفي وهو غير معنوي من الناحية الإحصائية .
Summary:
The research aims to identify the issue of conflict management and its effectiveness in job stability, and addresses the enrichment of scientific research on the subject, as it focuses on the most important dimensions of conflict management and its effects on job stability in the studied directorate. The SPSS statistical analysis program was also used for processing, data analysis, hypothesis testing and discussion
We also followed the descriptive approach, where we reached the most important results:
Conflict management affects and is affected by job stability. -
Conflict management
-has an effective role in job stability and even the general performance of the institution through the control and implementation of laws and equality between all its parties.
- There is a positive impact of conflict management on job stability, which is not statistically significant.
